Medical Associations worldwide agree that  STRESS  is the single greatest destroyer of our health, vitality, and emotional well being. The greatest value derived from Zhan Zhuang Qigong is the significant reduction in ones stress level.  Below are medical conditions that have shown significant improvement when Zhan Zhuang Qigong was incorporated as an additional treatment regiment synchronized to supplement the patient's regular medical care. While many Christian's today have an unhealthy fear of meditation, it is one of God's tools given to us to grow in his Word.  While practicing Zhan Zhuang mediation can be an integral part of the exercise, by meditating upon God's Word: Psalms 1:2-3, 37:4, 46:10, 92:12-14, Proverbs 17:22, Mark 4: 24-25.
