The goal is to turn off the fast-twitch muscle fibers and learn to LET GO and stop carrying the unwanted (stresses) that one faces in everyday life. While nothing, on the outside appears to be happening, there is a dynamic vibrational hormonal exchange in the cells of our various systems breaking down and freeing the blockages that are disrupting and impeding the free flow of the crucial life force contained in the blood into every cell with healing energy, while flushing out the harmful effects of stress.  This ability to control the stress levels that we face every day is found in Scripture:

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood (King James)

Mark 4:24 He went on to say, "Pay attention to what you're listening (reading) to! Knowledge will be measured out to you by the measure of attention you give. This is the way knowledge increases. (God's Word)

Proverbs 4:7 The beginning of wisdom is to acquire wisdom. Acquire understanding with all that you have.  (God's Word)

Over and over through many scriptures in both the Old and New Testament, we are admonished to rest in the Lord and consider his greatness, grace, mercy, and forgiveness.  Yet daily many people do not know how to be loosed from the burdens of life that press in upon each of us.  With just 10 to 30 minutes each day, you can begin to walk in a virtually stress-free life.
